Farquar/Metsa Campground,
Forsyth Township is located on the Escanaba River. It has 20
modern sites, showers, bathrooms, certified lifeguards, fishing,
nature trails and canoeing. Weekly rates available. 20 full hook

Gitchee Gummee RV
Park & Resort is clean and quiet with large pull through
sites. Located on M-28 just East of Marquette it is directly across
from Lake Superior's sandy beach. Open all year. Call 906-249-9102

Horseshoe
Lake Campgrounds is located off M-35, west of Gwinn. Fishing,
swimming, boating, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling. Call (906) 346-9937.
Little Trout Lake
Campground located in Gwinn offers swimming, fishing, boat rentals,
basketball and volleyball courts and horseshoe pits. Six RV and

Michigamme
Shores is open May through October with 80 sites. Featuring
handicapped facilities, electricity, water hook ups, flush toilets,
showers, swimming, laundry, playgrounds, boat/canoe rental and fishing.

Perkins
Park on CR 550 in Big Bay is set on the shores of Lake Independence.
Well known for its supplyof walleye, perch, northern pike and small
mouth bass, Perkins Park has 72 sites, and is open May 15 - October

Silver
Lake Resort in Channing on M95 between Champion and Iron Mountain.
It has fifteen camping sites with electric and water, a dumping
station and bath house. Call 906-542-7195 for more information.
Tourist
Park is open mid-May to mid-October. Features include 110 campsites,
clean restrooms, flush toilets, hot showers, water/electric/sewer
hook ups, picnic tables, campfire rings, paved roads, beach with
lifeguards, and a playground to just name a few. Near Northern Michigan

Van
Riper State Park, in the heart of Moose Country. Located 17
