Clinic Manager

Bell Medical, located in Marquette County in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is seeking a dynamic and organized Clinic Manager to serve as a provider services lead in our multi-provider Health Center.  This position provides leadership and builds rapport and trust with providers to provide high quality health care services.  The ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and build rapport is essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience with Physicians and staff in a Practice Management setting.  Experience in lieu of education may be considered for exceptional candidates.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills and will be highly effective in following through on projects and tasks in support of quality patient care.

Business Office Manager

Bell Hospital is accepting applications for a full time Business Office Manager.  The Business Office Manager has responsibility for Bell’s billing and collection process for our providers and manages daily operations in each area to include reporting, analysis, and effective management of A/R.  Excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills are necessary.  Experience with Allscripts or similar financial software system is strongly recommended for this position. 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a strong background in healthcare billing and collections.  Knowledge of government and private payer reimbursement rules and regulations is required.  Coding knowledge a plus. A minimum of five years experience as a business office or billing manager is required.  Strong communication skills are required.  CPC preferred.
