Marquette County Businesses Recognized in Plus One Program
Six Marquette County businesses were recognized for their participation in the Plus One Program on Thursday, January 21 during the Lake Superior Community Partnership Board of Directors meeting held at Northern Michigan University.
The Lake Superior Community Partnership’s Plus One program is a program designed around the premise that an employer adding just one employee contributes to the economic development in Marquette County. The goal of the program is to support and recognize a 1% increase in the Marquette County workforce each year.
